The Township Board will hold two public hearings during its regular meeting on Tuesday, December 10, 2024, beginning at 6:00 pm at the Garfield Township Hall, 3848 Veterans Drive, Traverse City, MI.  The following topics will be considered at the public hearings:

Planning Commission

December 11, 2024 - Public Hearings

The Planning Commission will hold two public hearings at the meeting on December 11, 2024, 7:00pm, at the Garfield Township office, 3848 Veterans Drive, Traverse City, MI.  The public hearings are to consider applications from (1) Copper Ridge LLC for a Special Use Permit major amendment of the Copper Ridge Planned Unit Development located on the north side of Silver Lake Road, northeast of Barnes Road, and (2) RCI | Richter Construction, Inc. for a Special Use Permit major amendment for an addition to the Cherryland Humane Society's existing facility at 1750 Ahlberg Drive.
