Zoning Department

Welcome to the Garfield Township Zoning Department. 

The Zoning Department provides residents and the development community with information (setbacks, parking, building height etc.) to properly plan the improvement of their properties.

The Zoning Department is responsible for the administration and enforcement of the Garfield Township Zoning Ordinance.  These duties include the review of various permit applications and development proposals, the issuance of permits, compliance inspections, complaint investigations and land division reviews.
