2009 Planning Commission Annual Report  

In July 2010, a number of applications were approved:

• Charter Communications recieved Special Use approval for a new office and data center within the Hammond Commerce Center.
• Hagerty recieved Special Use approval for a new data center within the Hammond Industrial Center.
• Rick Mattarella recieved Special Use Approval for an indoor vehicle showroom within an existing building at 2628 Garfield Road.
• Steve Clark recieved Special Use approval for a mechanic business within an existing building at 808 Polaris Crescent Drive in Blue Star Estates.
• Safe Harbor  recieved Special Use approval for an expansion of the existing self-storage units at 3016 Cass Road.
