Hunting, Fishing, and Trapping in Township Parks
Fishing is permitted within Garfield Township parkland in accordance with all applicable State and Federal regulations.
Trapping is prohibited on all Township Parkland.
Hunting is permitted on a first-come, first-serve basis in the Garfield Township Nature Reserve and Miller Creek Natural Area, and in accordance with all State and Federal regulations. Hunters must possess a permit issued by the Parks Administrator. Permits are valid for 7 days beginning 2 hours before sunrise on Saturday and ending at sunset on the following Friday. There is no fee to obtain a hunting permit. Hunting is prohibited on all other Township parks.
